Sorry to report that the dead-lock still exists. I hoped that all personal grounds of objection to appear in Chambers would be removed by my acting in your place, and I hoped the personal expression of my opinion that the place of hearing is under the limitation and discretion of the Judge would relieve the Registrar from objections on the ground of principle as it ought to have done.
