My dear Chief Justice.
It is right and necessary that I should inform you how far I carried out my undertaking to hear several applications pending in the Bankruptcy & Probate jurisdictions yesterday. I told the Registrar in open Court that it was my intention to hear such of them as were suitable for hearing, that is to say, uncontested Chambers business and business suitable for the open Court, the protested wills best intimated. that he should obey the order of the Court.
