than that the practice of this Court would thus be working in the same lines as that which prevails in England, accumulated experiences in England promulgated in the reports there would then be the rules for this Court which is left to grope its way without light from the great luminaries in England it happily has to guide it as to great legal principles. But the maxim "quieta movere" is especially applicable to rules of practice, therefore on the whole I do not advocate this change.
