I have separately addressed a letter to you dated the 24th of December, 1879, remonstrating against Mr Snowden's suggestions regarding Bankruptcies.
Aside from the question whether such suggestions should be carried out by Legislation, I have also in a letter dated 13th January, 1880, made observations on them.
