To be submitted to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in and Subscribers to the City Hall, to be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, the 28th day of August, 1880.
The last Annual Meeting was held on the 23rd day of August, 1879.
COMMITTEE.
During the last year His Honor Mr. Justice Snowden and Mr. W. H. Lowcock have returned to the Colony and resumed their seats upon the Committee. The Hon. W. H. Marsh has resigned, and Mr. W. H. Forbes having left the Colony Mr. H. de C. Forbes has consented to act in his place.
STATE OF THE BUILDING.
The usual half-yearly searches for white ants took place in January and June last, and the results show, that though these pestilential insects have by no means been got rid of, yet that the means taken to keep them in check have been tolerably successful.
