I have examined the
accompanying Ordinance being:
An Ordinance enacted by the Governor
of Hongkong, with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, entitled-
An Ordinance to make temporary provision for serving the statute of "French Mail Steamers within the
"Ports of the Colony of Hongkong.
and I am
of opinion that it is an Ordinance which is not contrary
