My Lord.
RECP
C. C. 1707-
REG? 2 NOV 80
Government Civil Hospital Here& Rone 4th September 1880
His will suach Begzet-theart ? venture to lay before Your Lordship the annexed correspondence relating to difficulties and complications that have unhappily arisen between Myself and D Whurry the Superintendent of the Government Civil Hospital while materially affect the management of that Institution.
2.
The complaints I have had to make against Wharry have been submitted to His Excellency the Governor together with certain rules proposed by me for the better regulation of the mutual relations between him and me, but as the somewhat lengthy correspondence that ensued has resulted in nothing further than a reiteration of His Excellency's opinion previously conveyed to me, I fear the matter should be allowed to drop, I am compelled to appeal to Your Lordship for support.
3.
Personally I am extremely hurt and surprised at the view His Excellency has taken of my position as previous communication is from His Excellency.
The Right Honorable
The Earl of Kimberly
Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Colonies
