However, I think I am inclined to still hold that the right Honourable Sir J. P. Hennessy was greatly restricted in terms - that in Rhine's annulment cases - or that it should be wholly prohibited.

I doubt whether Sir J. P. Hennessy would prove a good judge in a cause in which he has committed himself to one side, but I would reply to the General effect of Mr. Fairfield's para 2, Giving Sir J.P.H. as little advantage over Dr. Ayres as possible, and as little opportunity as possible for prolonging the controversy by sending the amended rules and putting the question about private practice.

Had Dr. Shany? Dr. Ayres in his letter of 23 April says while complaining of overwork was attending patients outside the Hospital without variation of fee. This is no doubt the keynote to the quarrel - The obvious meaning of "his whole time and undivided services" is puzzling.
