this and the return
that the expenditure
is included
in 12085 is
on the Praya Wall
on the expenditure side,
and the same borrowed from the special
fund for this purpose on the revenue
side.
I think that Mr. Marsh was
right in treating the Praya Expenditure as "extraordinary". Thus
and confining an unbalanced
account to the current Revenue & Expenditure.
