Minute by His Excellency the Governor.
1. In this morning's Police Report the only large numbers reported are in licensed brothels, the only other offence reported by the Police being a charge of misdemeanour.
2. I should like to know if the Police have any annual particulars of the criminal offences reported in connection with the licensed brothels.
