Power to the Governor to appoint
a Medical Inspector
XIII It shall be lawful for the Governor
to appoint a duly qualified Medical
Practitioner to be the Medical Inspector
of the Colony, who shall
perform such
Duties connected with the sanitary
state of
the Colony
as the Governor
shall direct, and who shall receive
such annual salary
as may be voted.
