This should be written for signatures & sent to Kimberly with the Draft and the fair copy for their remarks on the alterations. Shareholders may object to that period, no majority having been mentioned in Sir Michael Hicks Beach's despatch No 36 of the 20th of April.
Free shares, and I shall have to refer to this period of 20 years dating from the time of issue.
I shall be glad if you will furnish me with the names of some prominent members of the English Community suitable for places in the Council, as requested by Sir M.A. Beach in his Despatch No 38 of the 20th April last.
