copy attached, the owners of
Inland lot spei are found to build houses
the same character and description as the
other houses in the same street, and so
long as they comply with this stipulation the Colonial Government cannot legally
intervents. In point of fact the Chinese
this Lot are
houses contemplated on
a
better and far more pretensions class of
building than the ones actually
adjoining. If the Crown Lessees
are
to be restrained on the ground
of Military convenience or sanitation •
it will be necessary for the Colonial
