in such Memorial shall be false, the
Reveation of
& vernor in
bouncil
may, by
an
Publication in the Gazette,
order in writing, declare the
Certificate issued upon such Memorial
to be null and void to all intents
and purpose; and from and after
such order all the rights, privileges
and capacities derived through such Ertificate, shall cease to exist.
10. Every certificate issued under this
Act, and
every
order cancelling,
such certificate shall be published
in the Government Gazette of the bola ap
