As regards
the previous appeal in the Supreme Court of Stong Kong before the two Judges of that Colony, this Lordships would suggest that the local lepilature might
provide
provide that such appeal may
be dispensed with by
order of
the Court, if the parties denie to Carry the case direct to the new Appellate Court. If, however,
the propvoce scheme must be abandoned, I am to point
out that it will be necessary
to
provide by Order in Council for an Appeal from the Supreme Court of Japan to the Supreme
Court
