I am directed by the Board of Stade to hanomit k you to be laid before the Secretary of State for the Colonies, copies of Documents which have been received from the Admiralty

relating to the explosion of a boiler on boned the Steam Ship "Yeser," at Hong Kong, recutting in considerable loss of life.

The Board of Grade would be glad to be informed whether any official Investigation has been held at Hong Kong into this Casualty, and also whether the Engineers have been indicted for Manslaughter, in accordance with the reedics of the Cormer's Inquest.
