The Hague, Dec. 27.
The Dutch and Indonesian delegations have definitely failed to reach an agreement on the future political status of Western New Guinea, it was announced this evening at the close of their final session at The Hague.
The delegations could not apparently even agree on the text of a final communique for at the end of the session each delegation issued its
statement.
Dr Mohammed Roem, the Indonesian Foreign mister, said, as he hurriedly left the conference om: "We could not find a solution as there was omplete disagreement."
