Has Russia Decided On Election Victory For Republicans?
Washington, Oct. 31. American diplomats wondered on Tuesday-if the Kremlin possibly has decided the Republicans are going to win the November elections.
That was one explanation suggested here for the otherwise incomprehensive move by Mr Jacob Malik, Russia's United Nations representative, to assure the State Department consultant, Mr John. Foster Dulles, that the United States had nothing to fear from Russia.
