Calcutta, Apr. 19.-Tibet mountain country of the "Living Buddha," may seek foreign aid if unable to come to terms with Communist China, according to a Tibetan delegation now in Calcutta on its way to China.
The delegation, which is looking for a "suitable place" to contact representatives of the Chinese People's Republic, may hold this meeting "somewhere on the China frontier," the delega tion's leader, Tecchag Thupden Gyalpo, told Reuter today.
