Washington, Mar. 22.- The Secretary of State, Mr Dean Acheson, today pro- mised careful consideration for the proposal made by the United Nations' Secre- tary-General, Mr Trygve Lie, for a meeting of the Foreign Minister of the Security Council Powera.
