OFF TO ITALY—This 210-horsepower, 11-lon snowplough is being loaded aboard the freighter Exirin in New York Harbour for the village of Capracolla, in Italy's Apennine Mountains. Reddents of Jersey City contributed US$20,000 for its purchase when the mayor of the Italian village wrote to the mayor of Jersey City and informed him of the community's critical need for such equipment.
