THE bodice of this picture book dinner ensemble is a pale mauve cashmere aweater, rather close fitting, and with a fabric effect definitely not casual, for the costume. The sleeves are deep set, slim to fit just below the elbow, and they and the slit neckline are piped and tied with taupe tie silk matching the skirt.
