Returning to the world after 28 years as a nun, MONICA BALDWIN visits her cousin Mr. Stanley (later Earl) Baldwin, former Prime Minister, at his country home in Worcestershire. As the sit at lunch, she recalls the elaborate ceremonial and discipline of meals in convent refectory.
