ST ALBANS (Hertfordshire). ““INDING a needla in n haystack is child's play compared with finding a needle in the buried ruins of a Roman building where it was lost some 2,000 years ago. But Noel Smith, 20-year-old mechanical engineer from Kingston, Jamaica, has done it.
