Moscow, Aug. 25. The Very Rev. Hewlett Johnson, "Red Dean" of Canterbury, is among the foreign delegates attending the all-Russian "Con- ference of Peace Partisans," which opened here today.

About 1,500 people-delegates from all over the Soviet Union and numerous foreign guests-- attending the opening session heard the Soviet historian, Boris Grekhov, say: "Among the mil-
