MALTA'S DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER RESIGNS
London, Aug. 15. — Malta's Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Dom Mintoff, declaring that "with- out Marshall Aid Malta cannot survive,” resigned today in support of an ultimatum to Britain from the Colony's Government.
