London, July 12.-Commonwealth economic leaders in secret conference here tomorrow will begin their search for a solution of the Sterling Area's dilemma, spotlighted by Britain's announcement of the recent sharp decline in gold and dollar reserves.
The leaders will speak for Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Ceylon and Southern Rhodesia. Northern Ireland will also be represented but as an
