NEW SAFETY PATROL-Inspector Alamannat de Kitchenman, head of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Trafic Division of the Bureau of Police, sends George Merkel into service. The vehicle is a specially equipped safety patrol car and is operated by a driver trained in first-aid work. It has two-way radio channels.
