Discuss Atlantic Pact

Paris, Apr, 19.-The World Congress for. Peace, opening here tomorrow, will discuss the President and Atlantic Pact, Marshall aid Truman's foreign policy, a Congress spokesman announced tonight.

Religious leaders, scientists and artists are among the delegates from 59 countries alten- ding the Congress, one of the largest meetings of its kind ever held.
