New Orleans, Apr. 11.-Dr John E. Kieffer, an associate professor of political science at Tulane University who has predicted international events with almost phenomenal accuracy, said he does not expect war with Russia in 1949.
That was one of Dr Kieffer's 20 predic- tions for this year. He made a similar list of predictions last year and was proved right in 87,5 percent of them. Two of his predic-. tions in 1948 were the Communist coup in Czechoslovakia and the death of Jan Masaryk.
