Di Apes, the Colonial Surgeon and with Captain Ducat, the eteting superintendent of the Gaol, I direct the liberation of all those in the above list with the exception of Li-Lum- Kwai whose case I am specially considering.
As regards the other list of
6 Chinese and 1 Indian also recommended
