Don't Blame "Old Age" For Symptoms Of Improper Diet
no most of ия. "growing old" mores up a picture of silver threads among the gold, stuff joints, wrinkled skin; too many pounds; or that emaciated look. We don't stop to think that we begin, grow old the day we're born; and that birth- days merely signify the milestones we have passed according to, the calendar.
The more years
that pass, the more blame we iny on "old age" for our Ills. "Guess I'm growing old," one often hears from this or that person who feels a little slowed down. "I feel toxic-guess I'm over- neld." Few men and women realise that the dimeully is not due to the number of years they have lived,

itself the fear of growing old can produce symptoms of old age.
Our bodies start as a single cell, and are made up of multitudes of cells constantly being -renewed; and if we eat the foods we need; find enough enjoyment in our work; get enough air, sunshine, rest, sleep, relaxation, and exercise suited to our physical strength, we can large- ly prevent feelings of "old age."
If you think you or any member of your family is suffering from old age-put it right out of your mind. See your doctor, and with his help work out a diet of wholesome vital- ising foods.
