Sir Stafford Cripps Urges Co-operation
London, Nov. 1-Sir Stafford Cripps, Chancellor of the Exchequer and Economic Co-Ordinator, sug- geated in the Commons today that the democratic nations should become less nationalistic in outlook. Democracy would fail, he said, if it remained static and unterding in its isolationist insistence 40- unqualified nationalist policies.
Ho stressed the need of economic co-operation in resisting the Soviet Union's "cold war" and internal sabotage by Cominform agents, he doclared.
