Hyderabad Withdraws Complaint
Paris, Sept. 23.-The Nizam of Hyderabad sent a telegram to the United Nations **T1
Thursday dismissing the Hyderabad delegation to the Security Council.
The Prince, whose state was invaded by Indian forces last week, not only confirmed Hyderabad's withdrawal of her complaint against India, but addled that the Hyderabad de- legation "has now ceased have any authority to represent me or my state."
