The annual Oxford and Cambridge boat race, always one of the most keenly awaited events in the English annual sports calendar, will be raced today, and a full description is to be relayed from the BBC. by ZBW.

Listeners will hear a description of the toss for stations at 9.55 p.m., and about ten minutes later the actual race. Oxford are expected to start slight favourites.
