Batavia, Aug. 14-In an open letter, the United Chinese Women's Association, with headquarters in Batavia, today appealed to all women associations in the world to "support us and urge the Security Council to take drastic steps on the subject of the Indonesian question în general, and for the proteç- tion of Chinese in particular."
