Effect Of Strikes
London, July 14.
A temporary cut in Britain's tea ration was announced in the House of Commons today by the Food Minister, Mr John Strachey, as a result of strikes in Calcutta and Colombo.
Mr Strachey said that the tea ra- tion-normally eight
