Galsworthy's "The Man of Property

As New ZBW Sunday Night Serial

Succeeding the "Count of Monte Cristo" which con. cluded last week, another BBC transcription comes on the air through ZBW on Sunday evening at 8.30-the radio play of John Galsworthy's famous novel "The Man of Property."

Muriel Levy has adapted the book as a radio serial of 11 half-hour episodes. Production is by Val Gielgud and Felix Felton,

Instead of introducing an anony mous speaker to link the story to gether, the adaptor has used Young Jolyon Fosyts at nurrator, and in the first episode he Intra:luces the members of the Forsyte

the family at famous reception given by Old Jolyon.

Various

Soames, Forsyte, the man of pro- perty, and his brautiful wife, Irene, are played by Ronald Stupson and Grizelda Hervey.

Two studio dents of interest on Sunday are a' planoforte recital by Misc Cormellia Lawless and « spreksj Commentary on the Macao v. Long- kong football Interport by "See Tec.'

Here are details of fortacoming ZBW programmes.
