RUMANIANS ROUTED AT ODESSA: MAGNIFICENT RECOVERY BY SOVIETS
MOSCOW, Sept. 25 (Router).—The position of the Odessa garrison
has been greatly improved by an action in which the 13th and 15th Rumanian Infantry divisions were routed for the second time.
These troops, after an carlier mauling at the hands of the Russians, were reformed and flung against the defences in an effort on which their commanders had evidently pinned high hopos, says the "Rod Star” to-day.
