Mr Justice Langton granted a de- cree nisi to Mr Percy Cudd, of Ox-r ford, because of the misconduct of Mrs' Dorothy Agnes Cudd with Meade Co. ("y" Campagn Murrell, her husband's step-father.

The case for Mr Cudd was that, after the death of his mother, in 1038, Mr Murrell come to lodge with him.

In January, 1939, Mr Murrell went away and a few days later Mrs Cudd left home.
