LONDON, Aug. 13 (Reuter). The following official com ment was made in London to-day on Marshal Petain's broad- cast: "Marshal Petain's speech betrays in unmistakable terms the utmost anxiety on the part of the Vichy Government in regard to the internal condition of France.
