Mr Jeffries Funeral. The funeral of the late Mr.C. W. Jeffries, Director of the Royal Observatory, Ilongkong. who died at midnight on Saturday following a stroke, took place at the Colonial Cemetery to-day. The Rev. D. Rosenthall officiated.
