Ar Jeffries Funeral. The funeral of the late Mr C. W. Jeffries, Director of the Royal Observatory, Hongkong who died at midnight on Saturday following a stroke, took place at a Colonial Cemetery to-day. The Rev. D. Rosenthall officiated
