Sale
The Hongkong Women's Inter- national Club held a "What Have You?" Sale at their club rooms yes- terday, when many of the bargains were snapped up as soon
as they were displayed on the tables. The S. C. M. Post Bomber Fund and All Souls' (London) Comfort Fund are to benefit equally from the, proceeds. The exact figure was not available yesterday, but it was estimated that well over $400 was raised.
There was a variety of articles, many of them "white elephants" that had been sent in to the organisers by friends, There were vasos, picture frames, cosmetics and perfumery, Jewellery, buttons and clasps, hats, frocks, playsuits, and even riding boots, all of which found ready buyers.
