-For Plaintiff Written judgment in a claim for damages arising out of a collision between two taxienbs in Queen's Road West during the early morning of April 26 was delivered by the Puisne Judge, Mr Justice P. E. F. Cressall In the Summary Court this morning.

the Central Taxi Company, of 108 Des Vocux Road Central, Plaintiff claimed the sum of $250.14 for damage done to their taxicab and loss in carnings for ten days at the rate of $0 per day.
Mr W. A. Mackinlay, of Deacons, oppeared for Plaintifs, and Me F. H. Loschy, of Russ und Co., was for Defendants.
