The fact that there were 1,000 fewer births in Hongkong In the first quarter of the year than in the corresponding period of last year was revealed by Hon. Dr P. 8. Selwyn Clarke, Director of Medical Services, at the annual meeting of 'the Eugenics League yesterday.
