LONDON, May 7 (UP)-The Prime Minister, Mr Winston Churchill had a clash with Mr Hore-Belisha during the war debate to-day which threw the House of Commons into turmoil. Mr Churchill, referring to Mr. Hore-Belisha's criticism of the shortage of tanks yesterday, taunted Mr Hore-Belisha for being very farsecing now that he is no longer a member of the Government.
