Italians Charged With Sabotage
SPECIAL TO THE TELEGRAPH" WASHINGTON, Apr. 21 (UP).— The Federal Grand Jury of North Carolina to-day began consideration, of the sabotage and conspiracy charges against Captain Adriana Berina and nine members of the crew of the Italian freighter Villa Feroso, one of the 28 Fascist vessels which the United States seized on March 30.
The trial is expected to provide n legal precedent for 10 other similar Arials. The charges are based on the World War statute which was de- signed to prevent unlawful damage to vessels in the harbours of United States.
