Hoarty congratulations to the K.C.C. second ́elavon in winning the Second Division Shield! As their first eleven have already achieved a similar success in the First Division the Club can congra- tulate itself on having brought off the double, This is of course no record.
It has been done several times before and I think quite a lot depends on the amount of dynamic interest in cricket which exists, in any particular Club during a Season,
