SIXTEEN-A-SIDE, the return match between the Kowloon Golf Club and the Country Club.will be played at Sheungshui on Sunday. Singles will be played in the morning, and foursomes in the .afternoon.
It seemed to some people the establishment of a precedent to abandon fourballs in favour of foursomes -though I suppose in these minor ́matches it is a matter of choice-but it is an odd belief that fourballs are the accepted fours, for in all the great International matches on either side of the Atlantic, foursomes are played.

Lopes turned one up at the 18th (when they took lanch), and, at one perlod in the afternoon round, Ram- sey was two up. Lopes squared the match on the 14th, and with a birdie 3 on the 15th and a par 3 on the 10th was dormle 2.
